We provide size chart guidelines for sizing as Ballet Jazz and Tap shoes are not the standard street shoe size and also other styles of dance shoes can vary to the standard street shoe size.

Ensure to enclose with your return a self-addressed satchel or self-addressed paid returned return labels.
Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. We are happy to exchange an item for another item, if the return is due to our error in processing your order by supplying an item not specified at checkout. In this case we will also pay all shipping costs; otherwise for all other circumstances you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Returns and or exchanges must be made within 14 days from receipt of purchase; all returned item/s must be sent back unused and as you received it in its original packaging as supplied by Dance Direct® Pty Ltd.
To return an item it must first be authorised by Dance Direct® Pty Ltd. Once you’ve contacted us and obtained authorisation, simply login to your account, view the order using the Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your return once it has been received and processed.
All products are checked for faulty workmanship and/or materials before they are dispatched.
Dance Direct® Pty Ltd will accept product/s for return when purchased via the web site, if the goods are found under normal warranty provisions to have faulty workmanship and/or materials within 30 days from the date of purchase. This is limited to repair and/or replacement at our discretion. Claims do not cover general wear &tear and/or when products are used for anything other than their intended purpose. Use of any product outside its intended purpose renders the warranty null and void.
All warranty claims must be authorised by Dance Direct® Pty Ltd before return, this can be done by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo showing the faul.
Dance Direct® Pty Ltd is committed to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone other than to dispatch your order.
