Women's Activewear Shorts for Dance, Training and Studio Wear

Women's activewear shorts cover a wider range of need than a standard gym short. A teacher on their feet through back-to-back classes needs something different from a dancer conditioning for performance, who needs something different again from someone doing barre or Pilates. Bike Shorts, High-Waisted Shorts and Training Shorts

Bike shorts sit at mid-thigh with a compression fit, giving full leg support through conditioning, gym work and extended studio sessions. High-waisted activewear shorts sit above the natural waist for a secure fit through the core and a longer leg line that suits both training and everyday studio wear. Training shorts are more relaxed through the leg, popular for warm-up, casual studio wear and movement between classes.
