Postage costs

Postage cost is automatically calculated through Australia Post and shown at checkout. The cost is determined by destination plus weight and box size, whichever is greater.

Australian deliveries

We deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post, and Interparcel for larger orders. All goods ship from our warehouse direct to your door. Delivery times vary depending on a parcel's place of origin and final destination, generally one to five business days, though delays can occur. We can provide an Australia Post or Interparcel tracking number and will let you know promptly if we're aware of any delays.

Express Post is also available at checkout. Within the Express Post network, this generally means next day delivery, though delivery to postcodes outside the network may take a little longer.

Most deliveries require a signature on receipt, unless you've asked us to leave it without one. If no one's available to sign for the parcel, the courier will take it to your nearest post office for collection.

Please note: Dance Direct Pty Ltd takes every reasonable step to pack your order correctly and deliver it to the address provided at checkout. Please double check your delivery address is correct, Dance Direct Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for a parcel delivered to an incorrect address supplied at the time of order.

International deliveries

We ship internationally with a choice of Standard or Express delivery, selected at checkout.

Customs charges: Some countries may hold items for inspection or charge customs duty before final delivery. We can't predict if or when that will happen and can't be held responsible for any extra fees charged by local customs.

Some countries aren't available for delivery due to limited postal services in those locations. If your country isn't listed as a delivery destination at checkout, please contact us.
