Pointe shoes are ordered specifically for each customer and cannot be returned or exchanged if the incorrect size or style is ordered. This is not a policy we can bend — a pointe shoe that has been worn even once cannot be restocked. Before placing a special order, you must be confident in your correct brand, model, size and width. If you have any doubt, please get fitted by a qualified pointe shoe fitter before contacting us.
