The Bloch Amelie Soft is designed for dancers new to pointe work. A graded shank allows the foot to roll up en pointe with ease, emphasising the line of the instep while the angled platform stabilises the foot. The gently curved sides of the box encourage correct alignment en pointe, and the shallow box encases and supports the toes laterally.

The slight V shaped vamp and high sides help support the foot and act as a stabilising barrier. B paste moulds quickly to the foot and suits a variety of foot shapes, making this a practical choice for the beginner or elementary dancer who needs a flexible shoe.
