Energetiks hosiery sizing is based on age for children and a height and weight grid for adults. Use the charts below as a guide before ordering. If your child is tall for their age, size up. If you need further help contact our team at customerservice@dancedirect.com.au or call +61 2 9349 7713. To shop Energetiks tights, visit the legwear section.

Adult tights are sized by height and weight together, not by one measurement alone. Find your height down the left and your weight across the top, and read off the letter size where they meet. Where a cell shows a dot, you're on the boundary between two sizes, so size up if you're unsure or get in touch and we'll help you choose.
