An extra long exercise band crafted in a medium weight latex for resistance and muscle memory training. Bloch have developed the resistance band in conjunction with Marie Walton Mahon for Progressive Training Programs which require upper back and arm exercises.

The extra length allows the dancer to wrap the band around the midsection and arms for desired resistance and strength. An important tool for stretching and muscle training that will benefit a dancer by improving the student's understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment.
